2015:

The 2015 Harvest was very pleasing, a nice turn around from 2014.  Bud burst occurred in late August, with pleasant, warm conditions at flowering in late November and early December. During the growing season there was good shoot growth on the vines due to the winter rains and the moist soils.

Disease pressure on the vines was minimal due to the stable weather conditions, and moderate rains and cooler conditions over the summer resulted in well balanced sugar and acid levels in the fruit.

Vintage commenced on 24 February when the Viognier was harvested, finishing with the final picking day for the Nebbiolo on 1 April.

Yields varied from 1.5-2 tonnes per acre across all varieties.
