Mario embraces innovative winemaking techniques including skin contact and fermentation in a range of vessels, to craft this elegant, textural wine. Golden in colour with green tinges, the Grazia exhibits a complex nose of green peas and orange blossom with a hint of struck match and rich honey notes. With flavours of white peach, citrus pith, grapefruit and a lick of vanilla on the palate, this medium-bodied wine concludes with an amaro finish, and a hint of sweetness from 9 months spent in old French oak barriques.
