2007 SANGIOVESE 13.5% alc/vol
This wine is deep crimson and bright in colour. It exhibits a complex and savoury nose of earth,
almonds and a mixture of bright and sour cherries. The palate displays juicy, long and savoury
characters with fine-grained, dusty tannins. Cellaring for 5-10 years.
2008 SANGIOVESE 14.0% alc/vol
Crimson in colour, this wine exhibits a bouquet of lifted cherry fruit characters with a touch of spice.The palate
displays fresh and maraschino cherry flavours, almond meal and vanilla. It has a strong acid backbone with a
typical dry tannin finish which is characteristic of this variety. Cellar for 5-10 years.
2007 SYRAH 14%alc/vol
93% Shiraz, 7% Viognier
Deep crimson in colour with slight blue tinges. This wine exhibits concentrated fruit characters of
black cherry, raspberries, chocolate, mocca and spice. Along with these characters, the palate
displays savouriness and firm, balanced and elegant tannins. Cellar for up to 10 years.

Shiraz 93.5% and Viognier 6.5%
This wine is deep red and vibrant in colour with a complex and concentrated nose. It displays blackberry,
raspberry, violets, mineral, chocolate and spice characters. An abundance of these rich flavours is evident on the
palate. This wine exhibits excellent length with an elegant, fine-grained tannin finish. Cellar for up to10 years.
2010 ROSE 13.5% alc/vol
Sangiovese 94% and Nebbiolo 6%
Dark crimson in colour, this wine displays maraschino and juicy cherry characters. It exhibits a creamy textured palate and good length with an almond finish. A great summer wine best served slightly chilled.
2010 VIOGNIER 13.5% alc/vol
This wine is light straw in colour with green tinges. It displays oatmeal, spices, citrus and apricot kernel flavours.
The richly textured palate exhibits good length and savoury flavours with a nutty finish. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
